Man suffers burns from vehicle fluids in Hunterdon County, state police say

ALEXANDRIA TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — A 27-year-old man sustained moderate burn injuries Wednesday afternoon after being burned by fluids from his vehicle in Hunterdon County, according to New Jersey State Police.

Troopers responded to a report of a burn victim on Everittstown Road in Alexandria Township.

When troopers arrived, they determined the 27-year-old man had been burned by fluids from his vehicle, police said.

The victim sustained moderate injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

The incident remains under investigation, and no additional information was available.
