HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) — A 58-year-old homeless man was arrested after police responded to multiple complaints about his behavior at businesses along Main Street in Hackettstown, according to the Hackettstown Police Department.
Police said officers responded July 7 to separate incidents involving Eric Boe at QuickChek and Dunkin’ Donuts. Boe was initially issued summonses for disturbing the peace and general disorderly conduct following those incidents.
Later that morning, officers were called to Dollar General for another complaint involving Boe, police said. He was accused of yelling at and harassing customers and employees at the store.
Boe was subsequently arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, according to police.
He was processed and released pending a mandatory court appearance.
