Zufall Mobile Medical Services coming to Hopatcong Sept. 15

HOPATCONG BOROUGH, N.J. (Sussex County) — Zufall Health will bring its Mobile Medical Services to the Hopatcong Resource Center on Tuesday, Sept. 15, offering a variety of health care services to area residents.

The mobile unit will be available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hopatcong Resource Center, 47 Hopatchung Road.

Services available include physical exams, sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, vaccinations, behavioral health services, substance use treatment and referrals. Health safety kits will also be distributed.

Zufall Health offers a sliding-fee discount program to help provide affordable access to services for people with and without insurance. No patient is turned away because of an inability to pay.

New Jersey FamilyCare, including Medicaid, and Medicare are accepted, along with a number of private insurance plans. Assistance with insurance enrollment is also available.

Registration is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.
