Commissioner Soloway attends open house at Courtyard Luxury Senior Living in Clinton

CLINTON, NJ (Hunterdon County) – Hunterdon County Commissioner Susan Soloway on Thursday participated in a tour led by Nishma Chhabra, CEO and President of the newly opened Courtyard Luxury Senior Living in Clinton, during their highly anticipated open house event.

The event provided an opportunity for community members to explore the beautiful new residential community and adult daycare center, meet staff members, and enjoy refreshments.

“I enjoyed touring the Courtyard Luxury Senior Living Center today. It is truly impressive to see such a well-designed and welcoming environment dedicated to the well-being and comfort of their senior residents,” Soloway said.

The open house featured guided tours of the state-of-the-art facilities, showcasing luxurious accommodations and amenities available to residents. Attendees had the chance to ask questions, learn more about the services offered, and meet the dedicated staff.

The Courtyard Luxury Senior Living Center officially opened on November 15, 2024, and currently has 30 residents, with a capacity for 122 occupants. The center consists of five floors, with four floors dedicated to Assisted Living apartments and the top floor reserved for Memory Care accommodations.

Additional amenities include courtyard dining, a beauty salon, library, lounges, a movie theater, a game room, a heated indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, outdoor patio and lounge spaces, indoor/outdoor gardens, an on-site pharmacy, and physical therapy services.

“I want to commend the entire team at the senior living facility for their efforts in bringing this exceptional community to life. Their dedication to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our seniors is truly commendable,” Soloway said.
