CLINTON, NJ (Hunterdon County)Courtyard Luxury Senior Living has launched a partnership with industry leader Thrive Senior Living to manage the daily operations of the assisted living, memory care and adult day care community scheduled to open in the spring of this year.

Thrive Senior Living provides unparalleled expertise in providing older adults with an enhanced quality of life,” said Gulshan Chhabra, Courtyard Founder & Chairman. “We could not ask for a better partner to help bring a premier senior living experience to the community. There is a very real need in the local area for the support and lifestyle enhancement that assisted living offers, and we are determined to help fill that need with a community and services that are second to none.”

The agreement establishes Courtyard as the 43rd senior living community operated by Thrive nationally and the second in New Jersey. Headquartered in Atlanta, Thrive Senior Living has operated communities in 13 states.

“With a shared vision for empowering and enriching the lives of seniors, we are thrilled to embark on this partnership with Gulshan,” said Jeramy Ragsdale, Thrive Founder. “Courtyard is extremely unique, even among the Thrive family of communities. The abundance of amenity space provided to the residents is exceptional and designed to enhance and elevate the lives of seniors. The attention to detail of each suite, including custom cabinetry, electronic blackout shade curtains, LED lighting, and the availability of fully-furnished units, will also provide a significant advantage for future Courtyard residents.”

Courtyard, located at 111 West Main Street in Clinton, will feature three distinct neighborhoods in a five-story, 109,000-square-foot building. The community includes 90 suites for assisted living on floors two through five and 20 suites for memory care, also on the fifth floor, designed for individuals living with some form of changing cognitive abilities such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.

An adult day care center on the first floor will accommodate up to 105 seniors daily and have a separate entrance from the residential neighborhoods.

Courtyard will offer residents many luxurious benefits, including an indoor, heated pool equipped with enhanced safety features designed for seniors, ensuring year-round enjoyment, as well as an indoor garden, allowing them to garden throughout every season.

“Exposure to plants, green space, and gardening offers many benefits to everyone, including seniors,” said Chhabra. “Many people in the community have already expressed to me how excited they are that Courtyard will offer year-round opportunities for seniors to swim and garden. Our on-site physical therapy services and yoga classes have also drawn a great deal of interest.”
