Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled padded cushioned crib bumpers and contact YIXIA for a full refund. Consumers should remove the crib bumpers, cut the straps and padding and email a photo of the destroyed bumpers to Yixiakejirecall@163.com to obtain a full refund. Hazard: Multiple components of the children’s bicycles contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban, posing a lead poisoning hazard to children. In addition, the black paint on the bicycle pumps contains lead that exceeds the federal lead paint ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

Giant Bicycle Recalls Momentum Vida E+ E-Bikes Due to Crash Hazard
Hazard: The fork steerer tube on the recalled bicycles can crack, break or separate during use, posing a fall hazard.
Remedy: To determine whether a Momentum Vida E+ bicycle is included in this recall, consumers should look at the third character of the bike’s serial number. Bikes with a serial number in which the third character is “H”, “J” or “K” are included in this recall and must have their forks replaced free of charge. Bikes with a serial number in which the third character is “G” require additional visual inspection by an authorized Giant Bicycle dealer to determine fork status.

Hazard: The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children. The dressers violate the federal standard as required by the STURDY Act.

Walmart Recalls Ozark Trail 64 oz Water Bottles Due to Serious Impact and Laceration Hazards
Hazard: The lid can forcefully eject, posing serious impact and laceration hazards, when a consumer attempts to open the capped bottles after food, carbonated beverages or perishable beverages, such as juice or milk, are stored inside over time.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled water bottles and contact Walmart for a full refund. Consumers can bring the bottle to their nearest Walmart store for a refund.
