Man accused of shoplifting from Rite Aid in Hackettstown

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – A 55-year-old Hackettstown man was arrested after he allegedly stole from the Rite Aid in Hackettstown Sunday afternoon, according to police.

On May 21, at around 2:22 p.m., police responded to Rite Aid, located at 203 Mountain Ave, in reference to a shoplifting complaint, police siad.

Through a police investigation it was determined that Eric A. Zeier allegedly stole a can of Arizona Iced Tea for a total of $0.99, police said.

Zeier was charged with shoplifting and then released pending a court appearance, police said.
