Man charged with DWI following crash in Morris County

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County man is facing charges including driving while intoxicated Friday following a minor crash in Denville Township.

The crash happened on July 21, at around 7:04 p.m., in the area of Route 10 and Franklin Road, police said.

During the crash investigation, it was determined that one of the involved drivers, Henika Kurucz-Riback, 55, of Randolph Township was under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Kurucz-Riback was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to chemical test, consent to take samples of breath record, careless driving and reckless driving. He was then released pending a court appearance, police said.
