Morris County Crimestoppers offering reward for identity of robbery suspects

MORRIS PLAINS BOROUGH, NJ (Morris County) -The Morris Plains Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying the suspects responsible for an alleged robbery that occurred earlier this year.

On Sunday, Jan. 28, at 7:14 p.m., the suspects pictured entered the Sephora store located within the Kohls Department store, located at 1711 Route 10, and concealed almost $1,700 worth of merchandise, authorities said.

While leaving the store they were confronted by store employees and the suspect wearing a black hat and jacket brandished a box-cutter and quickly exited the store, authorities said.

Both suspects entered a black Chevrolet Impala and then fled, authorities said.

The suspects also committed shoplifting offenses at the Kohls in Newton and Roxbury Township, totaling over $5,500, authorities said.
