ROCKAWAY BOROUGH, N.J. (Morris County) — A Rockaway Borough man has been charged with the alleged possession and distribution of child sex abuse material, according to Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Rockaway Borough Police Chief Conrad Pepperman.
