DOVER, N.J. (Morris County) — A Dover man has been arrested on multiple charges including invasion of privacy, stalking and cyber harassment following an investigation by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and Dover police, authorities said.

Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally and Dover Police Chief Jonathan Delaney announced the arrest of Eric Morales-Cortez, 20, of Dover.
