Mount Olive councilwoman to host free Thanksgiving dinner for residents in need

MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — Councilwoman Mary Lalama will once again host a free Thanksgiving dinner open to anyone who may be alone or in need this holiday season. Families are also welcome to attend.

The Traditional Thanksgiving Family Dinner will be held Thursday, Nov. 27, at the Mount Olive Senior Center, beginning at 12:30 p.m.

For those unable to attend in person, meal delivery will be available Wednesday, Nov. 26.

To reserve a seat or request a delivery, residents can call or text Mary Lalama at 973-768-1815 or email mary.lalama@gmail.com.

Volunteers and donations are also being accepted to help make the event a success.
