No injuries reported after bus and car collide in Hunterdon County

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – No one was injured when a bus and a car collided Monday in Hunterdon County, authorities said Thursday.

The crash happened on Feb. 5, at around 4:03 p.m. in the area of Blossom Hill Road and Route 22 in Clinton Township, police said.

A yellow Freightliner Bus, driven by a 33-year-old female, and a Volkswagen, driven by a 64-year-old male, were travelling south on Blossom Hill Road and when both vehicles came to a stop at the intersection with Route 22, the bus rear-ended the Volkswagen causing some damage, police said.

The bus driver along with an adult and two juvenile passengers were not injured. The driver of the Volkswagen was not injured, police said.

Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene, police said.
