UPDATE: Overturned tractor-trailer closes I-80 east, blocks three westbound lanes in Denville

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — An overturned tractor-trailer continued to cause major closures on Interstate 80 in Denville Township Monday morning.

As of 6:41 a.m., I-80 remained closed eastbound east of Exit 39 for Route 53, while three of four westbound lanes were closed.

The crash was initially reported at 4:39 a.m., when all lanes of I-80 were closed in both directions.

It was not immediately known if anyone was injured in the crash.
