Police search for missing 11-year-old boy last seen in Oxford Township

OXFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Authorities are searching for an 11-year-old boy who was reported missing Thursday evening in Oxford Township.

Police said the child, identified as Paris Decker, was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 25.

Law enforcement agencies are actively involved in the search and stressed that they are not requesting public assistance in conducting searches at this time.

“We are only asking for relevant information. We are not asking for assistance from the public in searching as we have multiple law-enforcement assets involved and this is a very fluid operation,” officials said in a statement. “Thank you for your understanding and support.”

Anyone with information about Decker’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Washington Township Police Department at 908-689-1630.
