Popular Warren County restaurant preps for Super Bowl chicken wing orders
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) — While the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs are gearing up for Sunday’s big game, there’s a team right here in Hackettstown preparing for the high demand of chicken wings on game day.
Chef Bruno Pascale of Marley’s Gotham Grill, located at 169 Main St, said this is the biggest day of the year for them.
They’ve been in town for about 15 years and they usually do an average of 600 pounds of wings per day.
Americans will enjoy chicken wings during Super Bowl weekend and Marley’s Gotham Grill will be ready to contribute:
- Marley’s Gotham Grill is projecting to serve 24,000 chicken wings.
- The team will make about 100 gallons of its sauces.
“We already started taking orders and we will stop taking orders at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday,” Pascale said. “Sunday call at your own risk and we will try to accommodate you.”
Marley’s is home of 350 plus chicken wing flavors. The top three flavors at the restaurant are garlic parm, bang bang and honey BBQ.
The menu also varies from pizza to onion rings, burgers, paninis and more.
Marley’s has two food trucks, Marley’s Wings & Things and Marley’s Cravin’ Cuban.
