QuickChek launches new harvest menu featuring homestyle turkey and cranberry-inspired recipes
QuickChek is serving up nostalgic flavors with a modern twist with the debut of its new harvest menu, featuring hearty subs and a stuffing bowl crafted around all-natural, thick-cut homestyle turkey and fall-inspired ingredients.
The limited-time lineup includes 6-inch and 12-inch subs and a stuffing bowl, all showcasing the chain’s new cranberry multi-grain sub roll, turkey gravy, stuffing, and cranberry honey mustard. The seasonal offerings are designed to give customers a taste of Thanksgiving comfort long before the holiday arrives.
“QuickChek’s culinary team is very excited to bring the classic flavors from one of the most mouth-watering holidays to our customers through new recipes, especially the two developed to compliment the launch of the new cranberry multigrain sub roll,” said Chef Ted Kwiecien, QuickChek’s culinary specialist. “Whether you enjoy your dish hot, cold, handheld, or in a bowl, our harvest menu has everything you crave right now, long before Turkey Day.”
The menu includes:
- Thick-Cut, Homestyle Turkey with Stuffing: Served hot on a toasted cranberry multi-grain roll with stuffing, turkey, Vermont cheddar, rich turkey gravy, and cranberry honey mustard. Available as a 6-inch or 12-inch sub.
- Thick-Cut, Homestyle Turkey with Cranberry Honey Mustard: A lighter, cold option with carved turkey slices, Vermont cheddar, mayonnaise, baby arugula, and cranberry honey mustard on a cranberry multi-grain roll. Available as a 6-inch or 12-inch sub.
- Stuffing Bowl with Thick-Cut, Homestyle Turkey and Cranberry Honey Mustard: A hearty bowl of savory stuffing, sliced turkey, and warm turkey gravy, finished with a drizzle of cranberry honey mustard.
Customers can pair their harvest meals with made-to-order shakes, smoothies, or self-serve coffees. Seasonal favorites such as the Protein Pumpkin Caramel Delight Shake and Pumpkin Spice Coffee are also available for a limited time.
