Sussex County man arrested for possession of child pornography

BYRAM TOWNSHIP, NJ (Sussex County) – A Sussex County man has been arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography, according to police.

On March 13, the Byram Township Police Department and Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Task Force arrested Jonathan R. Espinosa, 26, of Byram Township, for second-degree possession of child pornography, police said.

Members of the Sussex County Prosecutor’s High Tech Task Force identified Espinosa during an internet child pornography investigation. The investigation involved a court-authorized search of Espinosa’s electronic devices, police said.

Espinosa was released pending a court appearance, police said.
