Have an active warrant? Hopatcong police have a Valentine’s Day offer

HOPATCONG BOROUGH, NJ (Sussex County) – You don’t need to spend Valentine’s Day alone because the Hopatcong Borough Police Department has a date for you.

If you have an active warrant, Hopatcong police want you to turn yourself in. If you do, police said they promise you a free and safe chauffeur ride, a set of limited-edition platinum bracelets, an in-depth conversation, professional solo glamour shots, and an all-expense paid, one-night minimum stay at the Morris County Correctional Facility.

“We promise not to ghost you (even though you’ve obviously ghosted us). We will even make plans for a second (court) date,” police said.

“All jokes aside, give us a call & let us help you take care of that warrant! 973-398-5000,” police said.
