DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — Two individuals were found unconscious in a parked vehicle in the ACME parking lot on East Main Street on June 26, prompting a police investigation that led to the recovery of suspected narcotics and multiple charges, authorities said.

According to the Denville Police Department, a pedestrian flagged down an ambulance at approximately 2:47 p.m. after spotting the individuals in the vehicle, located at 125 East Main Street. Officers arrived at the scene and successfully awakened the occupants, who were identified as Brandy G. Teabo, 33, of East Stroudsburg, Pa., and Kyle C. Wolf, 29, of Blairstown Township.

Police observed suspected narcotics inside the vehicle. The investigation determined that both individuals had allegedly ingested narcotics prior to arriving at the location. A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered additional suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia, police said.

Wolf was found to have an active warrant out of Fairfield Municipal Court and was processed in accordance with court procedures before being released.

Teabo, who was identified as the vehicle’s driver, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs and issued several motor vehicle summonses, including for reckless driving, careless driving, and having an unregistered vehicle. She was released pending a future court appearance.

A dog that was inside the vehicle at the time of the incident was turned over safely to the township’s Animal Control Officer.
