Two months after disappearance, search continues for Randolph woman last seen in Dover

DOVER, N.J. (Morris County) — Authorities said Monday that the search continues for a Randolph woman who went missing two months ago after she was last seen at the Dover Public Library.

Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Human Services Police Chief Brian Lee said the investigation into the disappearance of 26-year-old Destiny Erts remains active.

Erts, who is considered intellectually disabled and endangered, was last seen on July 11 at about 11:30 a.m. She is described as a Black female, 6 feet 3 inches tall, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing black pants, a navy blue tank top, a gray hooded cardigan, black shoes, and carrying a light gray bookbag.

Investigators have pursued leads in the Bronx and New York City and are working with the NYPD, officials said.
