Warren County Commissioners celebrated local businesses at the Washington BID’s 2025 Business Recognition Reception

WASHINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Warren County) – Commissioner Director Jason J. Sarnoski and Deputy Director Lori Ciesla attended the Washington Business Improvement District (Washington BID) 2025 Business Recognition Dinner on February 6 to celebrate and recognize local businesses.

This year’s honorees were: 2025 Business Person of the Year, Frank Blanche of Frank Blanche Signs; Business of the Year, Lost Ladies Grill; Redevelopment Award winner, Park Avenue Consignment; and Community Partner of the Year, David Butler.

Honorees received certificates of merit from the County of Warren and citations from the State of New Jersey and the Borough of Washington.

“Congratulations to all the award recipients tonight and to the Washington BID for their continued success,” said Commissioner Director Sarnoski, adding, “The Washington BID does so much to help make Washington’s downtown a destination for people looking to shop and spend their time, it’s important to recognize the individuals and businesses who work to make that happen.”

“It’s always a pleasure to attend this event. The Washington BID knows how to pack a room, and having so many individuals dedicated to supporting local business and improving the community in one place creates such an incredible environment. Congratulations to tonight’s honorees and to the Washington BID,” Commissioner Ciesla said.

The Washington BID is a non-profit organization that works with local businesses and government to promote opportunities and enhance shopping experiences while preserving the cultural, historic, tourist, and civic interests in the Borough of Washington.
