Warren County man accused of possessing images that depict child sexual abuse

BELVIDERE, NJ (Warren County) – A Warren County man has bee charged for allegedly possessing images that depict child sexual abuse, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

Kyle F. Fasulka, 20, of Belvidere was charged with endangering the welfare of children for knowingly possessing images that depict child sexual abuse, officials said.

The investigation began after law enforcement received a report that several images portraying children being sexually exploited and abused were saved to an account on Snapchat, authorities said.

Through various investigative means, detectives from the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office were able to trace the source of the uploads. A search warrant was then executed upon Fasulka’s home and several electronic devices were seized.

Soon after, the suspect was criminally charged and if convicted, he may be sentenced to 5 years in State Prison, the prosecutor’s office said.

“The investigation is continuing, and no further information is available at this time,” officials said.
