CLINTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Hunterdon County woman was arrested following a hit-and-run crash in Clinton Township last month, Police Chief Thomas A. DeRosa said Tuesday.
The crash occurred on February 21 on Allerton Road, DeRosa said.
After the crash, Tracy L. Miglarese, 54, of Lebanon, allegedly fled the scene but was later located at her residence by responding officers, DeRosa said.
Miglarese displayed visible signs of impairment and was transported to Hunterdon Medical Center for further treatment. A telephonic search warrant was obtained for a blood sample, which was granted, DeRosa said.
Miglarese faces charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to keep right, failure to report an accident, and leaving the scene of an accident. Her vehicle was impounded, DeRosa said.
