Spring Ridge Farm hosts Baby Goat Day with family fun in Port Murray

PORT MURRAY, N.J. (Warren County) — Spring Ridge Farm will host its popular Baby Goat Day on Saturday, June 14, offering families the chance to hold and pet adorable baby goats while enjoying an afternoon packed with activities and fresh air.

The event will run from 12 to 4 p.m. at the farm, located at 90 Hoffman Road in Port Murray. Admission is free for kids, while adults pay $10 (cash only). Attendees are encouraged to bring their cameras for great photo opportunities with the baby goats and scenic farm backdrop.

In addition to the animals, Spring Ridge Farm will offer a range of kid-friendly activities, including:

  • Giant slingshots
  • Chicken chuckers
  • Kids’ crafts
  • Rubber ducky races
  • Mini playhouses
  • Custom cornhole

Food and refreshments will be available for purchase, including hot dogs, hot pretzels, freshly popped popcorn, and ice pops.

Described as a “day of good, old-fashioned family fun,” the event is designed to give visitors a hands-on farm experience while supporting the farm’s mission of connecting the community with agriculture.
