Erratic driver complaint leads to DUI arrest in Independence Township

INDEPENDENCE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Warren County man is facing a driving under the influence charge after he was allegedly driving erratically in Independence Township.

On Nov. 23, police received a call for an erratic motor vehicle traveling westbound on Route 46. Officers were able to make contact with the vehicle and its driver in the parking lot of Stage Dolls, police said.

Marvin E. Osegueraulloa, 33, of Hackettstown, was found to be operating the vehicle and after a series of field sobriety tests, he was arrested for driving under the influence, police said.

Osegueraulloa was issued multiple summonses and then released, police said.
