PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – One lucky player purchased a ticket for the $5 Cobweb Cash winning $8,214, 50% of the progressive jackpot, on Monday, Nov. 6.
The winning ticket was sold at the Phillipsburg Shell, located at 598 Memorial Parkway, in Phillipsburg.
