Heath Village to host Senior Real Estate Seminar: Making the Move on March 27

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County)Heath Village is hosting an in-person Real Estate Seminar Making the Move on Wednesday, March 27 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

The program will include an Ask the Expert real estate panel that will feature Janen L. Ardia, Broker of Record, Re/Max Heritage properties in Flanders and Chester; Michael S. Selvaggi, Counsellor at Law with the firm Lavery, Selvaggi, Abromitis & Cohen; and Larry McEntee with HomeTeam Inspection Service.

The panel will discuss issues such as but not limited to:

  • An update on today’s real estate market
  • Common mistakes made by sellers
  • Tips for getting the most value from your home

Following the real estate panel, Heath Village residents who have moved in the last 12 to 15 months will share with the audience their moving experience and lessons they learned through the process.

The following vendors will also be available for information: Fast Moving Company, Caring Transitions, Dazzle by Design Home Staging, and Junk RX.

A question-and-answer session will follow each panel. Light refreshments will be served. While the event is free, RSVP is required and to register, or for additional information, call 908-684-5009.
