I-287 northbound right lane and shoulder closed Tuesday at the truck rest stop in Morris County

Ramps to and from the Truck Rest Stop will be maintained

HARDING TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – The I-287 northbound right lane and shoulder are scheduled to be closed beginning Tuesday, June 11, between the off-ramp to the I-287 northbound Truck Rest Stop and the on-ramp to I-287 northbound from the Truck Rest Stop to place barrier for concrete repairs in Harding Township.

In addition, barrier is scheduled to be placed along the right curb on the on-ramp to I-287 from the truck rest stop.

From 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, the right lane and shoulder on I-287 northbound are scheduled to be closed between the I-287 northbound/truck rest stop interchange ramps. At least two lanes will be maintained on I-287 northbound.

The closures are necessary to place construction barrier and create a work zone in the right shoulder.

In addition, on Tuesday, June 11 at the same time, barrier will be placed along the right curb on the ramp from the truck rest stop to I-287 northbound.

By 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, the right lane will be reopened, and the right shoulder will remain closed on I-287 northbound. Additionally, the right curb on the ramp to I-287 northbound will remain closed. The shoulder closure is necessary to repair the concrete and is expected to remain for several weeks.
