Brompton Bicycle Recalls Brompton T-Line Foldable Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard
Hazard: A loss of alignment between the handlebar and front wheel, due to insufficient torquing of steerer clamp bolts, can cause the rider to lose control of the steering, posing a fall hazard.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles, and contact an authorized Brompton dealer to schedule an appointment for a free repair to tighten the steerer clamp bolts on the handlebar stem. Brompton is contacting all registered owners and dealers directly.

RH Baby & Child Recalls Jeune French Contemporary Upholstered Panel Cribs Due to Choking Hazard
Hazard: The cylindrical metal inserts in the crib’s wooden frame can become loose and detach, posing a choking hazard.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cribs and contact RH to receive a full refund of the purchase price, or a new replacement crib with shipping at no charge. If no receipt is available, the consumer will receive a $1,260 cash refund, credit, or a new replacement crib with shipping at no charge. RH will provide free pickup of the recalled crib, and is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Mattress Pads Recalled Due to Fire Hazard; Violation of Federal Mattress Pad Flammability Regulation; Manufactured by Avocado Mattress
Hazard: The recalled mattress pads violate the mandatory federal flammability regulation for mattress pads, posing a fire hazard.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mattress pads and contact Avocado Green Mattress to obtain a free replacement mattress pad, including shipping, at no charge. Consumers should cut the mattress pad in two, and write the date and initial the law label attached to the mattress pad. Then, consumers should upload photos of the cut mattress pad and dated and initialed law label to www.avocadogreenmattress.com/pages/recall.

ECHO Recalls Gas-Powered Backpack Blowers Due to Fire Hazard
Hazard: The fuel supply line can leak gas, posing a fire hazard.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled blowers, and contact an authorized ECHO dealer (www.echo-usa.com/store-locator) to schedule an appointment to bring the ECHO gas-powered backpack blower in for free installation of a new replacement fuel line. Attom Tech Recalls LED Light-up Jelly Ring Toys Due to Ingestion Hazard; Violation of Federal Regulations for Battery-Operated Toys; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com
Hazard: The recalled light-up jelly ring toys violate the mandatory federal battery-operated toy regulation because the rings contain button cell batteries that fit within CPSC’s small parts cylinder, and can be easily accessed without requiring the use of a common household tool. When button cell batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death, posing an ingestion hazard to children.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled light-up jelly ring toys immediately, take them away from children, and contact Attom Tech for instructions on how to properly dispose of the product and receive a full refund. Button cell batteries are hazardous. Consumers should take the batteries to a recycling facility, or to their local facility that specializes in collection and disposal of household hazardous waste. Origin 21 Wall Mirrors Sold Exclusively at Lowe’s Stores Recalled Due to Laceration and Impact Hazards; Manufactured by Huahong Art Home Shares
Hazard: The recalled mirrors can detach from the metal plate used for hanging, causing the mirror to fall, posing laceration and impact hazards.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mirrors, and contact Huahong Art Home Shares for instructions on how to receive a full refund. Consumers will be asked to email photos of the mirror to receive the refund, or arrange for a pre-paid shipping box. Huahong Art Home Shares is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Peace Industry Group Recalls Youth All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death and Violation of Federal ATV Safety Regulations
Hazard: The youth ATVs fail to comply with the requirements of the federal mandatory ATV safety standard. The handlebars pose a laceration hazard if the child rider’s body or head impacts the handlebars at a high rate of speed. Additionally, the parking brakes fail to hold, posing a collision hazard. The ATVs are also missing the required safety reflectors for vehicles intended for use by children 10 years and older. The 518 CY125ATV-6 model’s footguards pose a laceration, contusion, and amputation hazard if the rider’s foot enters the rear wheel environment. ATVs that fail to meet these mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled ATVs immediately and contact Peace Industry Group for a full refund.

Papablic Infant Swings Recalled Due to Suffocation Hazard; Violations of Federal Regulations for Infant Sleep Products; Imported by Shenzhen Two Pony
Hazard: The swings pose a suffocation risk because they were marketed, intended, or designed for infant sleep, and they have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees in violation of the federal safety regulations for Infant Sleep Products and the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. The swings also violate other requirements for infant swings and the labeling requirements for Reese’s Law because the remote contains a button or coin-cell battery.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled swings immediately, and contact Shenzhen Two Pony for information on how to dispose of the products and submit proof of destruction to obtain a full refund. Shenzhen Two Pony and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.
