Man pleads guilty to obstructing the administration of law in Sussex County

NEWTON, NJ (Sussex County) – A man has entered a guilty plea to obstructing the administration of law, according to Acting Sussex County Prosecutor Annmarie Taggart.

Jon Bradberry, 47, of Delaware pled guilty on April 18 to fourth-degree obstructing the administration of law before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton, Taggart said.

In pleading guilty, Bradberry admitted to committing the crime of obstruction on or about Sept. 17, 2022 in Sandyston Township, Taggart said.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on May 19.

The case was investigated by Tpr. Bowie of the New Jersey State Police. Bradberry was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Special Deputy Attorney General and Acting Assistant Prosecutor Vanessa Henderson.
