Morris County Chamber to host futurist Seth Mattison at annual meeting Feb. 12

FLORHAM PARK BOROUGH, N.J. (Morris County) — The Morris County Chamber of Commerce will welcome nationally recognized keynote speaker and future-of-work strategist Seth Mattison at its 105th annual meeting on Feb. 12, chamber officials announced.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Hanover Marriott Hotel in Parsippany. Mattison’s keynote address is titled, “The Future-Ready: Strategies for Leading the Future of Work.”

Mattison is the founder of FutureSight Labs, where he works with organizations to help leaders and teams adapt to changes driven by artificial intelligence, shifting workforce expectations and evolving workplace models. He has spent more than two decades advising Fortune 500 companies and growing organizations on navigating transformation by aligning people, strategy and technology.

Named one of the “Top 50 Keynote Speakers in the World” by Real Leaders Magazine, Mattison is known for blending research, practical insight and real-world examples to help organizations respond to change while keeping the human experience central to work.

“The future is what we make of it,” Mattison said. “I’m looking forward to exploring how Morris County leaders and organizations can take ownership of what comes next.”

In addition to Mattison’s keynote, Chamber President Meghan Hunscher will deliver a State of the Chamber address, and Morris County Commissioner Director Stephen H. Shaw will present a State of the County address.

The Saint Clare’s Health William P. Huber Award for outstanding community leadership will be presented to Gary Fisch, founder and chief executive officer of Gary’s Wine & Marketplace. Business Catalyst Awards will also be presented to four business leaders recognized for their impact on clients, companies and the community.
