Morris County woman accused of stealing Apple AirPods

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County woman is accused of stealing a pair of Apple AirPods, according to police.

On July 14, Denville Township police officers responded to the area of Franklin Road for a report of an individual attempting to track his missing pair of Apple AirPods, officials said.

While being assisted by officers, the items were eventually located and found to be in the possession of the Jennifer Coppola, 48, of Wharton Borough, police said.

During the investigation that followed, it was determined that Coppola had stolen them from the victim’s residence in Wharton Borough earlier that day, police said.

Coppola was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. She was then released pending a court appearance, police said.
