New Jersey reports $126.5M in Super Bowl LX wagers, officials say
TRENTON, N.J. — New Jersey recorded approximately $126.5 million in wagers on Super Bowl LX, according to preliminary data released by Acting Attorney General Jennifer Davenport and the state Division of Gaming Enforcement.
The figures include bets placed at Atlantic City casinos, New Jersey equine racetracks and through online sports wagering mobile applications for the Feb. 8 game.
Preliminary statistics show a projected sports wagering payout of $87.8 million to winning customers.
The actual hold percentage — the portion of money wagered that operators retain — was 31.6% for 2026, compared with 14.9% last year, officials said. Operator revenues totaled $38.7 million this year, up from $25.2 million in 2025.
The revenue figures reflect activity from New Jersey’s 11 retail sportsbooks and 14 sports wagering mobile applications.
