Somerset County fugitive of the month
SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ – Richard L. Oceleppo is Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office fugitive of the month for November.
Oceleppo, 52, is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for third-degree burglary, third-degree theft, and fourth-degree theft. All of which occurred on July 2, 2022 in Franklin Township.
He is described as being 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing between 140 and 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Oceleppo has tattoos on his face, both arms and both shoulders.
His last known address was in North Brunswick, NJ.
