Somerset County fugitive of the month wanted for multiple counts of attempted murder
SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ – A man wanted for multiple counts of attempted murder in North Plainfield in 2021 is Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office fugitive of the month.
Cristibal Avila, 32, is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for five counts of first-degree attempted murder, second-degree unlawful possession of weapons, and second-degree certain person not to have weapons offense, which occurred on April 11, 2021 in North Plainfield. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Avila is describes as a 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 170 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, with tattoos on his face, neck, left arm and right hand. His last known addresses have been in North Plainfield and East Brunswick.
