The Arc of Warren County inducts newly elected Board of Directors Officers, Members at Large

WASHINGTON, NJ (Warren County) – The Annual Membership Meeting for The Arc of Warren County members was held on Monday June 10 at The Arc of Warren County Administration Office in Washington.

The newly elected Board of Directors Officers and Members at Large were inducted by Senator Douglas Steinhardt. The 2024-2025 term will begin on July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

The Installation of Officers took place during our Annual Membership Meeting, where members gathered to vote and exchange ideas for the upcoming years.

“Special thanks to Senator Steinhardt, who performed the installation. We are grateful for his continued support and advocacy of our Agency,” The Arc of Warren County said.

  • Dr. Nancy Wilson Soga, President
  • Ginny Vogt, 1st Vice President
  • Amanda Jones-Gransky, 2nd Vice President
  • Jay Shulman, Treasurer
  • Donna Gruter, Secretary

Three individuals were recognized in appreciation of their services rendered to The Arc of Warren County upon their retirement from the Board:

  • Louis Baldino, Former Member at Large
  • Arthur King, Self Advocate and Former Member at Large
  • Leslie Schott, Former Past President

Jay Edwards

Born and raised in Northwest NJ, Jay has a degree in Communications and has had a life-long interest in local radio and various styles of music. Jay has held numerous jobs over the years such as stunt car driver, bartender, voice-over artist, traffic reporter (award winning), NY Yankee maintenance crewmember and peanut farm worker. His hobbies include mountain climbing, snowmobiling, cooking, performing stand-up comedy and he is an avid squirrel watcher. Jay has been a guest on America’s Morning Headquarters,program on The Weather Channel, and was interviewed by Sam Champion.
