The most popular Halloween candy in New Jersey is…

NEW JERSEY – With Halloween quickly approaching, Candystore.com compiled data nationwide to determine the most popular candy in each state.

CandyStore.com used sixteen years of sales insights, especially those crucial months leading up to Halloween to rank the top candy for every state.

In New Jersey, the No. 1 candy choice was Tootsie Pops, followed by M&Ms and Skittles. Do you agree?

Data shows that America’s favorite candy overall are Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, followed by M&Ms and Hot Tameles.

Halloween Candy Top Ten America 2023

According to the National Retail Federation, Halloween candy spending should hit a whopping $3.6 billion this year. That’s a 16% jump that blows away previous highs.

Overall Halloween spending is predicted to be over $12.2 Billion. Up 15% over last year.

Jay Edwards

Born and raised in Northwest NJ, Jay has a degree in Communications and has had a life-long interest in local radio and various styles of music. Jay has held numerous jobs over the years such as stunt car driver, bartender, voice-over artist, traffic reporter (award winning), NY Yankee maintenance crewmember and peanut farm worker.
