WATCH: First responders, residents join forces to assist injured horse in Warren County

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – First responders and residents joined forces to assist an injured horse in Warren County on Monday.

Members of the Washington Township Fire Department answered a public assist call on Jonestown Road to aid an injured horse.

Crews, along with local residents, the horse’s veterinarian, and officers from the Washington Township Police Department, worked collaboratively to help the horse, named Tacoma, stand and return safely to his stall.

After reaching the stall, Tacoma received follow-up veterinary care to ensure his recovery.
