2 hospitalized after tractor-trailer, 5 vehicles involved in Warren County I-80 crash, state police say

ALLAMUCHY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Two people were hospitalized after five vehicles and a tractor-trailer were involved in a crash on Interstate 80 in Warren County Saturday afternoon, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Detective Jeffrey Lebron.

The crash happened on Sept. 23, at around3:59 p.m., on Interstate 80 westbound at milepost 20.5 in Allamuchy Township, Lebron said.

When troopers arrived, they found that a tractor-trailer and five other passenger vehicles were involved in the crash, Lebron said.

Minor injuries were reported and two occupants were transported to an area hospital, Lebron said.

The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
