WoodBrook at Randolph luxury rental community opens, nearly 80% leased

RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — A new 199-unit luxury rental community has officially opened in Randolph Township, developers announced, with the project already nearing full occupancy.

Woodmont Properties and Canoe Brook Development said WoodBrook at Randolph is now nearly 80% leased following strong demand ahead of its grand opening.

The development includes a four-story mid-rise building with 97 apartments and an additional 102 townhome-style residences spread across seven buildings. The community offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units designed to meet changing renter preferences, developers said.

“Morris County continues to stand out as one of New Jersey’s most active and sought-after suburban markets, and we’re proud to open WoodBrook at Randolph,” said Stephen Santola, executive vice president and general counsel at Woodmont.

Units feature high ceilings, large windows, wood-style flooring and modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances and designer cabinetry. Amenities include a fitness center, coworking space, yoga room, resort-style pool, clubroom and sports simulator.

Randolph Township Mayor Mark H. Forstenhausler said the development is expected to bring new opportunities and energy to the community.

“This community will bring new energy, connections, and opportunities that enrich the lives of residents,” he said.

Developers said the project reflects continued demand for suburban housing options with access to urban centers. Randolph is located about an hour from New York City and offers access to parks, employment hubs and transportation networks.

More information about the development is available on the community’s website.
