Arrests made after reported shooting in Phillipsburg industrial area, no injuries

PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. (Warren County) — Police say arrests were made after a reported shooting Sunday afternoon in an industrial area of Phillipsburg.

At approximately 1:40 p.m., patrol officers responded to the area of Flexport off Rand Boulevard, according to police. Officers confirmed that a shooting had occurred and, with assistance from other law enforcement agencies, quickly made arrests.

No injuries were reported, and officials said there is no immediate threat to the public.

“This is an active investigation. More information will follow when we are able to release,” police said in a statement.
