Congressman Kean accepting applications for summer internships

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) Friday announced that his office is now accepting applications for the Summer 2024 Internship Program.

This valuable opportunity provides college students with a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of public service and legislative affairs, Kean said.

As an integral part of the congressional office, interns will have the chance to work closely with dedicated staff members and contribute to the development and implementation of legislative initiatives. This immersive experience will provide valuable insights into the inner workings of the U.S. Congress and the day-to-day responsibilities of a congressional office, Kean said.

“We are excited to offer this internship program to students who are passionate about public service,” Kean said. “Our interns play a vital role in supporting our work on behalf of the constituents we serve, and I am proud to provide them with a valuable learning experience.”

To apply for the Summer Internship Program for both the DC office and the NJ district office, interested individuals should visit https://kean.house.gov/services/internships and complete the online application.

The deadline for applications is Friday, March 22 and internships are the currently enrolled college students.
