Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce to host ‘Unlocking Business Potential through Storytelling’ on Jan. 15

FLEMINGTON, NJ (Hunterdon County) – The Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and Unity Center for Business and Entrepreneurship are hosting “Unlocking Business Potential through Storytelling” on January 15 for businesses that want to use the power of storytelling to build audience trust and engagement.

Storytelling is an emerging communication strategy that helps businesses stand out and connect authentically with customers, partners, and competitors.

The January workshop, led by storyteller and humor educator Joey Novick, will explore the benefits of storytelling, including simplifying complex messages, boosting emotional engagement, and increasing customer loyalty.

Through interactive activities and hands-on experiences, attendees will leave with practical storytelling techniques that can be immediately applied to enhance communications, branding, marketing, teamwork, and overall business outcomes.

“Storytelling is not a new concept, but what is new is how storytelling connects customers and communities through business stories. This workshop offers an opportunity for attendees to tap into their creativity and develop narratives that resonate with people both at work and in the marketplace,” said Chamber President/CEO Chris Phelan.

The workshop, sponsored by TAPintoFlemington/Raritan and The Chronicle, is scheduled for January 15, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Unity Center for Business and Entrepreneurship, 119 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.

The cost for members is $30 and $45 for non-members, including refreshments. Future storytellers can register for this workshop at www.hunterdon-chamber.org or by calling 908-782-7115.
