Hunterdon County officials attend RVCC commencement ceremony for Class of 2026
BRANCHBURG TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Somerset County) — Hunterdon County officials joined graduates, faculty and families at Raritan Valley Community College’s 2026 commencement ceremony to celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2026.
Representing Hunterdon County at the ceremony were Commissioner Deputy Director Jeff Kuhl, Commissioners Susan J. Soloway and Shaun C. Van Doren, and Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée Robeson.
During the commencement program, Kuhl addressed graduates and recognized the dedication required to complete their academic journey.
“The graduates of Raritan Valley Community College have worked incredibly hard to reach this moment,” Kuhl said. “Commencement is not only a celebration of academic achievement, but also a recognition of the dedication it takes to pursue and achieve meaningful goals. Hunterdon County is proud to support RVCC and the opportunities it provides for students preparing for careers, continued education, and future success.”
Raritan Valley Community College serves students from Hunterdon and Somerset counties through academic degree programs, workforce training and continuing education courses. According to the college, RVCC offers more than 90 degree and certificate programs.
Hunterdon County became a co-sponsor of RVCC in 1987, helping establish New Jersey’s first bi-county community college.
County officials also thanked faculty, staff and families for supporting students throughout their education and congratulated graduates on reaching the milestone.
