UPDATE: Missing 28-year-old woman found

UPDATE: “The Mansfield Township Police worked diligently to locate Ms. Deering. It would do her family and friends a disservice if we updated this post, that she was located, without confirming the information. We were notified Tuesday of a potential location on Ms. Deering. Her family could not confirm her location with our department until Wednesday,” police said.

MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Police are seeking information about a 28-year-old woman who went missing in Mansfield Township.

Melanie Deering is driving a 2007 Beige Honda Civic with New Jersey registration W99CUJ.

Police say she is described as a white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, with blonde/brown hair, olive complexion, thin build, and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Deering’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Mansfield Township Police Department at 908-852-0003 or 908-689-6222.
