Police arrest 41-year-old for active warrant, new charges for resisting arrest in Hunterdon County

READINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A wanted man faces new charges after resisting arrest Thursday afternoon in Readington Township.

On March 24, at around 3:47 p.m., police responded to Route 22 for a report of an intoxicated man, police said.

While the officers approached the man, who was later identified as Walt Li, 41, of Atlantic County, he fled on foot and ran into traffic, police said.

Li was arrested on a $500 criminal warrant out of Wildwood and for resisting arrest, police said.
