SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ – Alan Foat is Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office fugitive of the month for February.
Foat, 47, is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for second-degree aggravated assault which occurred in Franklin Township, Somerset County on Nov. 10, 2023.
Foat is described as a 6 feet tall, weighing 175 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, with a scare on his forehead and left arm.
His last known address was in Somerset.
