Authorities dismantle Sussex County drug distribution network arresting 4

FRANKLIN BOROUGH, NJ (Sussex County) – The Franklin Borough Police Department, in conjunction with the Sussex County Narcotics Taskforce (SCNTF) announced the dismantling of a drug distribution network following the conclusion of several months of investigation and the execution of subsequent search warrants at the site of the former Koz’s Korner Bar in Franklin Borough on Feb. 16, police announced Friday.

As an immediate result of the investigation, Vincenzo Milazzo, 34, of Branchville Borough, Ryan Phillips, 54, of Franklin Borough, Craig A. Elmore, 42, of Franklin Borough, and Michael J. Kosminsky, 35, of Franklin Borough were charged with multiple counts of third-degree distribution of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, police said.

Kosminsky was additionally charged with third-degree certain persons not to possess weapons following the execution of the search warrant, police said.

All four were lodged in Morris County Correctional Facility pending their appearance in Sussex County Superior Court in accordance with the NJ Bail Reform Act, police said.

The Franklin Borough Police Department and Sussex County Narcotics Taskforce (SCNTF) were additionally assisted by the Sussex County Sheriff’s Department and the New Jersey State Police.
