This year’s competition received over 30 apps submitted from students across the Fifth Congressional District.

“The Congressional App Challenge is a wonderful tradition, and I’m thrilled to announce our Fifth District winner, Rachel! She and her app Particulate Prognostics, and the dozens of other contestants are a testament to the creativity and innovation of North Jersey’s youth,” said Gottheimer. “I’ve seen firsthand how a strong background in STEM and coding can help students get ahead in the modern workforce.
